The general Terms and of Use are intended for all users of the mobile application "Bebbo", which is the property of UNICEF and the counseling center "Halo baby" of the City Institute for Public Health Belgrade (hereinafter CIPH).

By accessing and using this mobile application, you accept, without limitation, all the terms of use listed below. The general terms of use are in accordance with the Privacy Policy of this application If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use Bebbo.

Bebbo is a mobile application that provides information and guidance to parents of young children, aged 0-6, on different aspects of child health, growth and development. It also supports parents to monitor their child's growth and development and by offering relevant information and guidance on how to encourage them to do so. Finally, the application enables monitoring of vaccination and preventive examinations by the chosen paediatrician and reminds parents of these important events. These notifications are based on the processing of the information provided by the user and applying simple mathematical/statistical formulas. It is recommended that the user keeps a separate track of these dates and reminders, and does not only rely on Bebbo’s notifications.

All contents contained in the mobile application are of educational and informative character. No advice or recommendation that can be found in this application can replace the advice or therapy prescribed by the chosen doctor or other competent experts. If the download and further use of any information contained in this mobile application leads to or causes loss or damage, UNICEF and CIPH are not and cannot be held responsible, ie you download and use each of them entirely at your own risk.

All content offered by Bebbo is not for commercial use and should be used only for personal, home and private use. Its commercial use is prohibited. UNICEF and CIPH shall have no liability for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.

Downloading the mobile application is free of charge. UNICEF and CIPH do not collect personal data, ie personal information of users who download this application.

Content updates

Although UNICEF and its partners make reasonable efforts to update the information on Bebbo, UNICEF and and CIPH make no representations, warranties or guarantees, whether express or implied, that the content on Bebbo is accurate, complete or up to date.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

UNICEF and and CIPH might amend these terms from time to time. Every time you wish to use Bebbo, please check these terms to ensure you understand the terms that apply at that time.

Changes to the app

UNICEF and and CIPH may update and change Bebbo from time to time to provide updated information, links or provide new functionality and reflect changes to our users' needs.

Suspension or withdrawal of the app

Bebbo is available free of charge. UNICEF and CIPH guarantees that Bebbo, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted. UNICEF and CIPH may suspend or withdraw or restrict the availability of all or any part of Bebbo for operational or other reason. UNICEF and and CIPH will try to give you reasonable notice of any suspension or withdrawal. UNICEF, nor and CIPH, shall have any liability for this. 

Making other users aware of these Terms and Conditions

If anyone else uses Bebbo through your device, you are also responsible for ensuring that they are aware of these terms of use and other applicable terms and conditions, and that they comply with them.

External links and resources

Bebbo may link to other websites and resources that are not under UNICEF's and CIPH control. The inclusion of such links does not imply an endorsement or approval by UNICEF and City Institute for Public Health of any website, product or service.

UNICEF and CIPH does not assume any responsibility or liability in respect of such websites, including, for example, responsibility or liability for the accuracy or reliability of any information, data, opinions, advice or statements made on those web sites.

Intellectual Property Rights

Some of the content available at Bebbo is created or provided by us or our other licensors.

Bebbo authorises the user to access and use the content and resources as set forth in these Terms of Use. Subject to these Terms of Use, the user may use the resources in the ways in which users are permitted to use them, as described on this site.

The user may only access and use the content resources on Bebbo, and may not transfer the content or resources to another person or "mirror" the content or resources on any other server.

The user is not allowed to create digital copies of the content or modify it, and must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics.

Except for user content, the content and resources and all other parts of Bebbo are the property of UNICEF and/or licensors and are protected by copyright, patent and/or other proprietary intellectual property rights under national and international law. UNICEF and CIPH and/or our licensors reserve all rights to the resources and this site that are not expressly granted in these Terms of Use.

You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise access the source code for any software that may be used to operate this site. You may not remove any copyright, license or other notices on any resources or otherwise on this site.

Personal information

UNICEF and its partners will only use the personal information as set out in Bebbo’s Privacy Policy.

UNICEF name and emblem

The UNICEF name and emblem are the exclusive property of UNICEF. They are protected under international law. Unauthorized use is prohibited. They may not be copied or reproduced in any way without the prior written permission of UNICEF. If you have any questions about this please contact UNICEF.

Privileges and Immunities

Nothing in or relating to these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy or Bebbo shall be deemed a waiver of any of the privileges and immunities of UNICEF under the Convention on the Privileges and Immunities of the United Nations.
